PLEASE READ SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1 No Tracks to be uploaded with out permission from the admin team
The posting of links to sites where comercial material can be illegally
downloaded will be removed.
We will not accept tracks/mixes which are deamed to be commercial, that means for example music you can buy online or from a shop.
If you want to contribute some mixes then please do but please let the admin and mods do their bit and check the mixes and decide if we accept them for our site.
Links and remarks about torrents and any other illegal downloading websites will be removed immediately and you may be banned.

2 All posters are responsible for their own posts.

3 Respect other posters at all times.
Personal attacks against other users will not be tolerated, we understand that users will have differences of opinion on topics. We do not discourage healthy debate, but will not put up with personal vendettas.
If you disagree with another users post and feel the need to respond do so in a constructive manner, giving clear and concise reasons for your opposing view.
Just posting a sarcastic one word reply with an IMO and wink smiley will not be tolerated in a serious discussion that is likely to get heated.
Posting of this type is likely to exacerbate an already heated debate to the extent that things will get personal.

4 Use of foul language may result in the post being edited.

5 Advertising is not allowed and will result in the post being deleted.
We will allow, at admins discretion, advertising of a limited type. If you wish to advertise something then you need to PM jamie with your request. He will then get back to you with a decision as to whether it will be allowed.

6 All posts or PM's to members of a Racist, Homophobic or Sexual Nature will be deleted, and could result in the poster being banned.

7 The posting of material from other websites is strictly forbidden, all such post will be deleted.
Links to other sites generally are accepted but see section 1 of the rules.

8 Posts must be written in English
We do not intend to eliminate the odd abbreviations used in modern day forums such as PMSL (Peeing My Self Laughing). However, use of large amounts of text based language will mean the post is pulled. Use of the the number 4 in place of the word For was designed for use with mobile phones were typing long messages can be a pain. On a forum you use a keyboard and typing a word is not as onerous, text speak on a forum is lazy.

10. Cooling Off Period
We are introducing a cooling off period, if a friendly warning is issued about behaviour and a member continues to push the point they will receive an automatic withdrawal of posting and pm privileges. The time span of any withdrawal will be decided by Admin and the member will be informed of the time span prior to having privileges being withdrawn.

We intend to operate a 3 strikes policy. There are not many rules and if you cannot obey them you will be issued with a strike, by PM, from a Moderator. Anyone getting 3 strikes against them will be banned for 2 weeks. Once re-instated no further strikes will be issued, if they break the rules again they will receive an automatic permanent ban.
