Please can someone find the time to download this 1min sample from an old TDV set and ID this tune for me, it's been doing my nut in for months. He used to cane this in late '95, Boy George used to play this a lot too.

This was ripped from 'Dreamscape 20', but it's definitely also on 'Fantazia v Ark in Leeds' and I think maybe Hot to Trot as well (not certain about that now I think about it!).
