I attended SouthWestFour (Cardiff) for the first time this year. The weather was awesome (I still have the sunburn marks), Pete Tong was boring and Roger Sanchez was excellent. Why is it when going to a festival does the DJ you want to see (I'd never seen Tongy live before except at Mambo) play a stinker and one you've never been interested in play a blinder? The Plump DJ's were also v. good. Eric Prydz was a no show and Paul Van Dyk's set was interesting as it was more like a concert with singers, a drummer and a keyboard player.

Anyone been to any good festivals this summer?

Also, in Mixmag this month they mention ID&T (Sensation White at Amsterdam Arena was one of their events) have booked the Millennium Stadium next summer. If anyone hears exactly when this event is can you please post on this forum.
