Thank god he never went with the whole gabba hype. Gabba (or gabber in my country lol) was just too dark. Tony's music was hard (most of the time) but allways with a happy/feel good feel. Gabba just made me want to take loads of speed!!! |

Im not into anyone really, never have been...
I have always listened to anything that has a good melody and feel.
im into getting the unusual and putting it together to form something mad and probably not acepted until someone comes along and tells me its good and they want to work on it as the next big thing....maybe?
I love sitting in front of a keyboard and playing....just playing anything until a riff comes to mind....no computers, just one sound on a synth.
Then, when it sounds good i switch on the sequencer and add the rest untill it makes a track.
I now also call up Acid Pro 4, throw a load of sample into it until i get a real great beat (i done one today using house, hiphop and funky beat with a bit of a percussion loop....all mashed together with a great fillin 120bpm...sounds mad...but catchy) then export the wav to cubase and add my own riffs with vocals.....!
I play it to a few people i know (just family and friends), if they like it and start singing to it even time after listening to it....i know im onto a winner!
I have so many riffs and melodies at the moment but no finished tracks as im busy with my home PC business at the mo, but will get back to finishing tracks in a day again.....then in a couple of hours like i used to!
If someone plays them, then great! if not, they will sit there on my shelf until someone does hear them.
Money and profit is not my motivation....just passion.
I wish u all the best in crating tracks....just take it one step at a time and you will master it...........or like Tony.....get someone else to be your hands!
All the best!!

Hi Mate,
no, i dont have anythin out there at the moment on the commercial front, i just do what i did back in 1990 and create tracks for myself.
It has become more of a hobby no which is what i needed to become 'creative' again without the pressures of being forced to keep lables happy by playing what they dictate. One reason for losing the 'passion' in the industry a few years ago.
I have now started creating again and will be putting the new tracks on my site - www.frozenuk.com
My main business now is computers & web design - www.fznsolutions.co.uk
I can also start putting the links to my new stuff on here too!
